December 2017 President's Letter

Hello MOMS Club® of Uwchlan Hills PA,

I hope everyone had an enjoyable Thanksgiving! As we enter the midst of the busy holiday season, I would like to wish you all the very best! I hope all your planning, preparing, and shopping have been peaceful and you are able to relish the time with family and friends!

We have our annual holiday party coming up on Thursday, December 14 at St. Paul's church. It is shaping up to be an event you do not want to miss! Lunch and a craft for the kiddos will be provided. Come, relax, chat, and let the kids play. I hope to see you there!

If you can not make it to the holiday party, we will have some other events planned this month such as Makin' Music, Morning Coffee, and Moms Night Out. As always, we have playgroups meeting as well. If your child's playgroups does not meet, please contact your playgroup leader which is listed in this newsletter or ask a different playgroup if you can join. These groups are vital to our club and I want to make sure no one is missing out! If you have any questions or concerns about this or anything club related, I am always available to help as well.

November 2017 President's Letter


Uwchlan Hills MOMS Club®
November 2017 Newsletter

Hello MOMS Club® of Uwchlan Hills PA,

I hope everyone had a nice Halloween! We have eaten more candy than I would like to admit but we really enjoyed ourselves this year. I wanted to thank S.S. for a successful Trunk or Treat! It was great seeing everyone and all the kiddos looked adorable in their costumes. It was fun to see all the creative ways the trunks were decorated as well. We had a great turn out and was able to update the picture on our Facebook page with a group photo from the event.

In addition to the Trunk or Treat, October had our monthly Morning Coffee, Makin' Music, Exton Mall Kids Crew Halloween Party, and several playgroups. Unfortunately, Moms Night Out was canceled but should be back on for November along with some other fun events. Be sure to check our Facebook calendar to keep up to date with what is going on in our club.

We still do not have an official Party Committee but K.C. has graciously stepped up to organize the Holiday Party next month, thank you! She is fairly new to the club so if any of our seasoned Moms have any tips they want to share, I am sure it would be appreciated. She has some great ideas and I look forward to attending!

In other news I would like to welcome a new member, K.K., to the club. She has 3 daughters: E, C, and E. We also have another tiny new member: baby Q! Congratulations to T.W. and her family on their beautiful baby girl!

I want to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving! Hope to see you all soon!

October 2017 Presidents Letter

October 2017 Newsletter


Hello MOMS Club® of Uwchlan Hills PA,

Fall is finally here! Our family has been having a blast pumpkin picking, drinking apple cider, doing corn mazes, etc. I just wish the weather would make up its mind!

I wanted to thank our Treasurer for all her efforts in collecting and depositing the yearly dues! She is really on top of things and very organized. She has already sent out a reminder for the last call for dues. The membership page and Facebook page will be updated shortly. For those who decided not to renew this year, thank you for your time with us and you will be missed!

September was a busy month for playgroups! Playgroups are an important part of our club and I was really excited to see them starting up again after a long summer break. Having our children meet with others from their future Kindergarten class is a great opportunity for social growth and is nice for the Moms too. I hope we can keep this momentum throughout the school year!

We had some other fun events on the calendar such as USTC Fun Zone, Making Music, Morning Coffee, and MNO. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend all the events but I heard USTC Fun Zone was a blast! We had a great turn out at our Morning Coffee and I enjoyed catching up with all those who attended. I also had a great time at MNO. It is nice hanging out with the kiddos but sometimes a Mama needs to do something grown up! Be sure to check out the Calendar for October. SR has been working hard organizing this years Halloween Trunk or Treat event. It is looking spooktacular, thanks SR!

In order for our club to function, we need you! We still have open spots to fill on the Board and Committee. Please consider volunteering for the Administrative VP Co-chair position or Party Committee. Kindergarten class of 2021 still needs a leader as well. It does not matter how long you have been part of the club, anyone can fill these spots! If you would be interested in being a little more involved in the club and would like more information on one of these roles, please let me know.

September 2017 Newsletter

Hello MOMS Club® of Uwchlan Hills PA,

I can't believe summer is coming to a close and fall is right around the corner! I hope the transition back to school went well for those with school age kiddos! I will miss lazy days at the park or by the pool, but I am also looking forward to cooler weather, fall festivals, and pumpkin picking!

We have a lot to look forward to in our club as well. We have several new members to welcome! Greetings ladies! We are thrilled for you to join us! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to myself or any of our other fabulous Mamas. Please don't feel shy, just jump right in and join us at one of our activities. We can't wait to meet you all!

Our calendar is filling up with some fun activities such as USTC Fun Zone and Morning Coffee. There have also been talks about some other activities which have not made it to the official calendar yet. Our Moms Night Out is still on for this month however the date is to be determined so keep an eye out for that one! There are also many playgroups starting back up this month.
