MOMS Club® of Uwchlan Hills PA,
Fall
is finally here! Our family has been having a blast pumpkin picking,
drinking apple cider, doing corn mazes, etc. I just wish the weather
would make up its mind!
I
wanted to thank our Treasurer for all her efforts in collecting and
depositing the yearly dues! She is really on top of things and very
organized. She has already sent out a reminder for the last call for
dues. The membership page and Facebook page will be updated shortly.
For those who decided not to renew this year, thank you for your time
with us and you will be missed!
September
was a busy month for playgroups! Playgroups are an important part of
our club and I was really excited to see them starting up again after
a long summer break. Having our children meet with others from their
future Kindergarten class is a great opportunity for social growth
and is nice for the Moms too. I hope we can keep this momentum
throughout the school year!
We
had some other fun events on the calendar such as USTC Fun Zone,
Making Music, Morning Coffee, and MNO. Unfortunately, I was unable to
attend all the events but I heard USTC Fun Zone was a blast! We had a
great turn out at our Morning Coffee and I enjoyed catching up with
all those who attended. I also had a great time at MNO. It is nice
hanging out with the kiddos but sometimes a Mama needs to do
something grown up! Be sure to check out the Calendar for October. SR
has been working hard organizing this years Halloween Trunk or Treat
event. It is looking spooktacular, thanks SR!
In
order for our club to function, we need you! We still have open spots
to fill on the Board and Committee. Please consider volunteering for
the Administrative VP Co-chair position or Party Committee.
Kindergarten class of 2021 still needs a leader as well. It does not
matter how long you have been part of the club, anyone can fill these
spots! If you would be interested in being a little more involved in
the club and would like more information on one of these roles,
please let me know.
